Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved an automatic postgraduate scholarship scheme for the best graduating students across all four state-owned universities. The Executive Secretary of the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board, Dr. Godfrey Enita, who conveyed the Governor’s approval, described the programme as a strategic anchor of the M.O.R.E. Under the newly approved scheme, the Best Graduating Student (BGS) from each academic session in the following institutions will receive full funding for Master’s and Ph.D. programmes in accredited Nigerian universities:
